TERMS: Cash, In state Check (with proper ID), A credit card is required to register to bid at this auction. However, Hunt Auctioneers personnel do not have access to the credit card information. Failure to provide a valid credit card number or to make a timely correction to incorrect information may result in bidders being forbidden from bidding at future auctions with this company and all companies in the MarkNet Alliance.
BID INCREMENTS: The auctioneer controls the acceptable bid increments, which may be changed during the auction at the discretion of the auctioneer.
CONTINGENCIES: This online only auction is not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, or further inspections of any kind, as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding . POSSESSION:Possession to be given with deed.
TAXES: Real estate taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller as of closing.
DEED: The buyer is to receive a General Warranty Deed.
