In 1947, Carroll Upton and his father purchased this beautiful piece of heaven in the heart of the prestigious Alvaton community... Country living at its best!
Carroll and his bride, Elizabeth, went on to raise their five children, Pam, Julie, John, Laura, and Charles on the family farm. Working the land, becoming master conservationists and true community leaders, the Uptons are a close-knit family, serving the Lord in a Christian environment.
The days turned to years and the Upton children began building lives of their own out of the area. However, progress did not stop. Bowling Green quickly became one of the fastest-growing areas in the country and rapidly expanded toward the family farm.
The Uptons are offering you 187.53+/- acres of prime land - In the path of progress!
