Originally known as the Thompson farm, ownership of this property has remained with the same family dating back to the 1860’s. Rarely does a property such as this become available, but after multiple generations, the time to sell has arrived. Be sure to check out this exceptional opportunity to invest in prime hunting or recreational property. Everything needed for trophy deer is in place. Food, water, including spring fed ponds and cover. Early termination of the CReP allows a new owner to do any habitat improvement or farming activity desired. As an added bonus, the electricity and water that originally served the old home and equipment shed could serve any cabin or hunting camp well.
Tracts 1 and 2 also have nice building sites should a new owner be looking to build in a secluded and private acreage setting. I addition to the old home site, Tract 2 has a nice 32'x50' equipment shed. The water meter located on Wayne Poynter Rd will be for the exclusive use of Tract 2.
All three ponds are stocked and ready to fish!!
